Daniel Brooker

Currently Dan works primarily with all new Corporate Accounts, ensuring a smooth and seamless transfer into Custodian and being one point of contact for all enquiries.  Prior to this, for two years Daniel was the Customer Service Manager of the Croydon Alarm Receiving Centre and before Custodian spent seven years in a variety of Customer service roles within British Gas and NTL.

Steve joined Custodian Operations where he gained an invaluable insight into the workings of the Alarm Receiving Centre and its Customers. Since then Steve has held the position of desk based Account Manager, then moved on to field based Sales and Account Management. Steve is responsible for customers primarily based in Wales and the South Western region, including Devon and Cornwall.

ROB KILLINGWORTH

Rob has been with Custodian for 15 years and has worked in a number of departments including Operations, Administration and National Accounts. He has held numerous roles from Customer Service Supervisor and Training Officer to his current role of Account Manager where his experience is invaluable. Rob’s area mostly covers the central part of the country including Shropshire, Lincolnshire and East Anglia as well as North London i.e Wembley, Reading and Oxford. Clare joined Custodian as an operator at the old Darwen Alarm Receiving Centre back in 1996 so she is another of our long service invaluable team members. Clare has held a variety of key positions in the company including Administrator, PA to the National Operations Manager and field based Sales in her current role as Account Manager.  Clare is responsible for Customers in the North Area.

Originally Charlotte worked as a Teamleader in The ARC Administration Department, where she gained valuable insight into Installers requirements.
