SIMON APPLEYARD

Simon started off working for Lloyds Bowmaker in their Legal and Collections department before moving to SMC in 1998. Has progressed from an Agent to a Team Leader and then on to his current position of Operations Supervisor. His main responsibility is to provide support and guidance, ensure shift patterns are correct and to assist in the smooth running of the centre.

TONY EXPOSITO

Tony is the Customer Service Manager for the Alarm Receiving Centre in Nottingham, running a very smooth and efficient department. He has been with SMC for the past 10 years, developing his extensive knowledge from a variety of roles that he has held within the company including Agent, Team Leader and Supervisor. Before SMC Tony was an Operations Supervisor for Rentokill which is a position he held for five years.

CHRIS FARRAR

Chris started out as an Apprentice Electrician prior to joining Custodian in October 1990. Now with over 15 years experience Chris is an Operations Supervisor in the Leeds Alarm Receiving Centre. His main responsibilities are to assist in the efficient running of the Centre, providing experienced help and support to the Agents, Team Leaders and Customer Service Manager.

CHRIS FIDLER

Currently Chris is an Administration Supervisor based in Nottingham. He has been with the company since May 1999 and has held a variety of key roles including Administrator, Team Leader and Senior Team Leader, playing an important part in the Administration Team. Before joining Custodian Chris was an Administrator for Major Oak Security.

PAUL HUDSON

Paul started off as an ARC Operator for Computa-Guard UK Ltd back in 1985 which has since evolved into Custodian Monitoring. Paul has held various positions in the company during the past 20 years including Operations Manager, Business Development Manager and his current role which is National Administration Manager. Paul played a very active part in the company obtaining the BS5979 accreditation.

ROB MARSHALL

Currently Rob is an Administration Supervisor based in the Nottingham Office. Originally started off as a Warden in Sheffield, and transferred to the Leeds office in 1990 to become an Operator. Rob has had a variety of roles during his 18 years in Security including Team Leader on the Service Desk and an Administration Supervisor in the Leeds office before transferring to his current role in February 2003.

KEITH PENDLEBURY

Keith has been in the Security Industry his whole working life. He joined Custodian in July 1990 and he has had a variety of roles including Business Manager in Darwen to his current role of National Operations Manager, where he has overall responsibility for the two Alarm Receiving Centres based in Nottingham and Leeds.

CRAIG PURVES

Craig has been the Customer Service Manager for the Alarm Receiving Centre in Leeds for the past 12 years, building a very stable and reliable department. Craig has been in the Alarm Industry for over 20 years with Custodian and ADT, where he worked his way up from an Agent to the Operations Supervisor. Before his career in Security, Craig served in the Royal Navy.

CATHERINE SHAW

Cathy is one of two Operations Supervisors based in Nottingham. She joined the company in March 1999 and in a relatively short space of time has progressed from an Agent up to a Supervisor. Cathy is an important part of the Nottingham ARC assisting the Customer Service Manager in the day to day running of the centre. Prior to joining Custodian Cathy worked for a short time as a Customer Service Advisor for a company called Bras Direct.

Andy is an Administration Supervisor based in Nottingham. He has been with the company since Jan 1994. Andy started in Operations, became a Teamleader then transferred to Administration. Before joining Custodian Andy worked as a dispatcher for the RAC and the AA.
