SmartPac

SmartPac is a suite of unique windows-based products which are radically re-defining the way installers can manage and control data on-line, in real time, accurately and confidently without the need for off-line verification.

The MAS link, provides REAL TIME access to an installer's database. It enables amendments and additions to be made to keyholder information, as well as making changes to a whole host of data including site details, mail addresses, IDs and Zones.

Reports, installers are provided with live on-line reports, giving them up-to-the-minute status reports on any site, at any time, as a totally automated process.

SMARTForms is a simple method of sending e.g application forms for new connections, cancellation or data changes. The Forms are unique to Custodian, in a standard format, and are instantly e-mailed at the click of a mouse.
To get on SmartPac you need to be an existing installer and you just need a login via your Account Manager.
